Licensing
The Business promises that it holds all licenses necessary to perform the work, that such licenses are valid and effective as of the date any work is performed or services provided, and that all work performed or services provided will be done in compliance with all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
Termination of contract
This contract ends one date after the event date you are participating in. All vendor fees are non-refundable even if you aren’t able to show up to the event. The fee can be applied to a future vendor market date based on availability.
Liability Waiver
In consideration for being allowed to participate in this Activity, I release from liability and waive my right to sue Sequoia Sun, their employees, and volunteers from any claims, including claims of negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in this Activity, travel to and from the Activity (including air travel), or any events incidental to this Activity.
